Renewable energy company Enerparc has announced an opening for the post of Assistant Manager in Business Development to drive its commercial growth in North India. The appointed professional will serve as the single point of accountability for managing sales and business expansion initiatives across the Delhi National Capital Region and Uttar Pradesh. Primary expectations include identifying quality leads, converting potential prospects into last-mile commercial opportunities, and consistently meeting both order booking and margin targets for the territory.
The role involves end-to-end customer relationship management, extending from initial lead generation to project handover and post-completion feedback collection. Responsibilities also mandate collaborating with pre-bid engineering teams to formulate techno-commercial proposals, conducting deal negotiations, and securing final closures for EPC contracts and Power Purchase Agreements. Furthermore, the selected executive will establish channel partner networks, regularly maintain sales records within the internal ERP platform, and attend external conferences to heighten corporate visibility.
Candidates applying for the job must possess technical expertise in both rooftop and ground-mounted solar power setups, along with a firm understanding of fundamental engineering concepts and PPA frameworks. Enerparc is seeking a self-driven, high-energy individual with clear communication skills, the ability to travel, and a proven capacity to deliver under pressure while maintaining smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.
