In a major development regarding the firing incident involving actor Tiger Shroff, a specialized MCOCA court has placed the twelfth suspect in the case into police remand until November 6. The accused individual, who has been officially identified by authorities as Amar Mundiya, was produced before the judge following his arrest by law enforcement officers.
Investigating personnel successfully traced and apprehended Mundiya from Sonipat in the state of Haryana. Subsequent to his capture, the police team escorted him to the court premises and submitted a formal request for his custody, highlighting the urgent requirement for further interrogation into the matter.
Presenting their arguments before the judge, police officials disclosed key details regarding Mundiya's role in the crime. They informed the court that financial transactions were detected from his bank account, through which he had transferred money directly to several other co-accused individuals involved in the case.
With the MCOCA court granting police custody through November 6, investigators will now subject Mundiya to thorough questioning. The police aim to scrutinize the money trail, review all related banking records, and establish the complete extent of financial support provided to the co-accused in this ongoing probe.
